Dreamscape Hospitality at Sheraton Denver West in Lakewood, CO seeks a Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. This role centers on welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, and supporting daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven, dependable, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering thoughtful, professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with a hotel Property Management System preferred; Lightspeed is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize many tasks.
• Professional, approachable attitude when interacting with guests.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and provide an efficient check-in experience.
• Process check-outs, review folios, and resolve billing questions.
• Operate the hotel's management system for guest profiles, reservations, and payments.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations following procedures.
• Address guest questions and concerns with thoughtful solutions.
• Complete daily checklists, shift reports, and front desk duties.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Sales as needed.
• Protect guest privacy and follow cash-handling and security procedures.
