Job summary

Dreamscape is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Agent at Sheraton Denver West – Lakewood, CO. The role involves greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure a smooth stay.

The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven, organized, and enjoys helping guests. Experience in hotel front desk or customer service is preferred, with knowledge of Lightspeed PMS a plus. Flexible part-time schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred.
• PMS experience; Lightspeed a plus.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Strong attention to detail with reservations and daily reporting.

• Flexible part-time schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and provide efficient check-in experience.
• Complete check-outs, review folios, resolve billing questions, ensure accounts are settled.
• Operate the hotel's PMS to manage guest profiles, reservations and payments.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations per procedures and guidelines.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns, offering thoughtful solutions.
• Complete daily checklists, shift reports, and other front desk duties.
• Conduct property walks to identify issues and communicate with departments.
• Answer calls and assist with reservations and hotel information.
