Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel management software.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial information and numbers.
• Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work effectively under pressure.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nightly audit of hotel transactions and balance daily activity.
• Check guests in and out, assign rooms, process payments.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to hotel leadership.
• Monitor overnight activities and respond to emergencies.
• Process financial transactions accurately and post to guest accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to address overnight needs.
• Provide overnight guest services, including wake-up calls.
