Delta Defense is seeking a Part-Time Outside Sales Account Executive for the Billings/Bozeman, Montana area. You will drive sales, build relationships with ranges and instructors, and represent USCCA membership benefits through in-person engagements and events.

The role emphasizes face-to-face, relationship-driven sales with flexible hours and commission opportunities. Training is provided, with no full-time benefits for this part-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet goals.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain license and travel within territory.
• Reliable transportation and territorial travel available.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, & Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Represent the USCCA in rural markets through education, outreach, and relationship-building.
• Maintain and expand relationships with partner ranges, firearm instructors, and retailers.
• Deliver group presentations and drive awareness of USCCA Membership benefits.
• Support CCW classes and onboarding events with compliant messaging.
• Present and sell USCCA membership benefits to individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to plan and run sales events.
• Travel within the assigned territory to attend partner events and training.
• Work hours vary based on event schedules and territory needs.
