Job summary

Delta Defense LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Part-Time Outside Sales Account Executive to drive sales and build relationships with ranges, instructors, and retailers. This role is face-to-face, territory-based, and commission-driven, with a focus on educating customers about USCCA Membership benefits.

The position requires a passion for the Second Amendment, willingness to travel within the territory, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent/GED.
• Proven ability to close sales and achieve performance goals.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain State Property & Casualty Insurance license (training provided).
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Google Suite & Salesforce.
• Demonstrates the Core Values of Delta Defense LLC.

Responsibilities

• Represent the USCCA in rural markets through education, outreach, and relationship-building.
• Maintain and expand relationships with partner ranges, firearm instructors, and retailers.
• Deliver compelling group presentations and drive awareness of USCCA Membership benefits.
• Support CCW classes and onboarding events with accurate, compliant, and mission-aligned messaging.
• Present and sell USCCA membership benefits to individuals and groups through pitches, classes, and events.
• Collaborate with marketing and other support teams to organize, schedule, and execute sales events for maximum results.
• Travel within assigned territory to attend partner events, training, and community engagements.
• Work hours will vary based on event schedules and territory needs.
