Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a part-time rehabilitation technician for our Tinley Park Plaza location. The role supports clinicians and staff in delivering high-quality orthopedic care and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assisting therapists, maintaining clinic cleanliness, handling front-desk tasks when needed, and protecting patient privacy under HIPAA. A high school diploma and ability to lift 25 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or have completed a high school education.
• Available to work 12-15 hours per week.
• Demonstrates professional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication to patients, therapists, and staff.
• Handle daily clinic tasks: clean treatment tables, stock supplies, and maintain equipment.
• Assist clinicians with exercise programs and setup on equipment.
• Support front desk duties: check-ins, scheduling, and co-pays when needed.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient identity and privacy.
• Maintain a positive attitude and dependable attendance.
