Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Technician for our Tinley Park Plaza location. The role supports therapists in delivering quality orthopedic care and improving patient outcomes.

The technician will assist with exercise programs, clinic upkeep, and clerical duties, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a patient-centered attitude. Training is provided in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or be currently a student.
• Available to work 12–15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication to patients, therapists, and staff in a fast-paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Daily clinic maintenance: cleaning treatment tables/equipment, stocking supplies.
• Assist clinicians with exercise programs and setup on equipment.
• Print home exercise programs under clinician direction.
• Inventory of clinical and non-clinical materials.
• Support front desk tasks: check-in patients, scheduling, co-pays, scanning.
