Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a rehabilitation technician to support clinical care in a fast-paced orthopedic rehab setting. This role focuses on assisting therapists, maintaining clinic workflow, and delivering exceptional patient service to improve quality of life.

The technician will help with exercise programs, equipment setup, front desk support when needed, and daily maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• This position is 20 hours per week and requires availability to work morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication to therapy patients, therapists, physician staff, and clients in a fast paced orthopedic rehab office.
• Daily clinic maintenance: cleaning treatment tables and equipment, stocking supplies.
• Keep exercise equipment in an orderly fashion and safe.
• Assist clinicians with carrying out exercise programs for patients including setup on equipment and modalities.
• Print home exercise program for patients under clinician direction.
