Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Technician for our Joliet location. The role supports therapists in delivering orthopedic care and helps improve patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting clinicians with exercise programs, maintaining the clinic, assisting front desk duties, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Part-time 20 hours weekly with morning and afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Part-time: 20 hours weekly.
• Morning and Afternoon shifts available.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Detail oriented with strong time management.
• Professional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows; MS Office; email access.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians with patient care and exercise programs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organize equipment.
• Stock supplies and manage treatment areas.
• Support front desk duties: check-in, scheduling, co-pays.
• Print home exercise programs under clinician direction.
• Inventory clinical and non-clinical materials.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and protect patient privacy.
• Communicate observations to therapists.
• Assist with daily, weekly, monthly maintenance checks.
