Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning, leadership development, and university programs, including scheduling and tracking.
• Assist with e-learning course development and training materials for career paths.
• Support LMS, Oracle, and talent processes with accurate records for reporting.
• Manage the Talent Management inbox and coordinate employee requests with HR.
• Process invoices, track program expenses, and maintain documentation.
• Follow MAPEI's policies, including EHS requirements.
• Perform other OD duties as required.
