Job summary

Computer Systems Institute Inc in Allston, MA seeks a part-time Adjunct Instructor to deliver Organizational Administration coursework, including Office Systems and Administration, Employee Relations, and Organizational Behavior.

You will plan lessons, teach up to 27.5 hours per week, assess student progress, maintain SAP records, participate in faculty development, and advise students to support retention and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, HR, or related field.
• Candidates with related work experience or specialized training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach Office Systems and Administration, Employee Relations, and Organizational Behavior.
• Plan and deliver in-class instruction with approved curriculum.
• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare lesson plans for each class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL).
• Assist students in the learning process.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using assessments.
• Keep records for SAP reporting to the Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Attend quarterly instructor meetings.
• Lead field outings for student enrichment per module.
• Contribute to program improvement through committees.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
