Qualifications

• The position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Candidates with at least two years of related work experience or specialized training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach the Finance program courses and deliver in-class instruction with approved curriculum.
• Plan lesson sessions and prepare lesson plans for each class.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL) on business topics.
• Assist students in the learning process and monitor progress.
• Evaluate and report SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress) using appropriate tools.
• Attend quarterly instructor in-service meetings and stay updated on teaching advancements.
• Organize field outings for student enrichment once per module.
• Contribute to program improvements through committee involvement.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
• Handle additional tasks as needed.
