Computer-Systems-Institute is seeking a Part-time Adjunct Instructor for the Business Fundamentals Program in Worcester, MA. The role involves teaching the listed business courses and delivering instructor-led, project-based learning with approved curriculum.

The incumbent will plan lessons, support students, assess progress, and participate in campus activities. A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required, with MS Office certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or related field.
• Two years of related work experience or specialized training may be considered if degree is not in business administration.
• Microsoft Office Specialist certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare lesson plans for each class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL).
• Assist students in the learning process.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools.
• Report SAP progress to Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Attend quarterly instructor in-service meetings.
• Stay informed on teaching advancements through professional development.
• Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment.
• Contribute to program improvement via committee involvement.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
