Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or related field.
Two years of related work experience may be considered if degree is not in hospitality.
Ability to organize and deliver curriculum with approved materials.

Responsibilities

Teach Fundamentals of Hospitality Leadership, Hospitality Management Strategy, Hospitality Business Training and Development, and Managing Guest Experience.
Plan and deliver in-class instruction with approved curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans for each class session and deliver lectures.
Facilitate project-based learning (PBL) on hospitality topics.
Assist students in the learning process and assess progress using various tools.
Maintain records for SAP reporting to Academic Dean/Program Manager.
Participate in instructor in-service meetings and professional development.
Organize field outings for student enrichment per module.
Support program improvement through committee involvement and advising.
