Jefferson Health is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse to circulate and scrub in the Operating Room across multiple services. Completion of Perioperative 101 is required or prior OR experience is preferred.

The RN will collaborate with the health care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and safety. Strong communication and education skills are essential to support patients and families through the perioperative process.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing school.
• BSN strongly preferred or completion within 3 years of hire.
• 1 year RN acute care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of patient-centered practice and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Understanding of discharge planning and education.
