Jefferson Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to scrub and circulate across multiple services in the Operating Room. Periop 101 completion is required or prior OR circulating experience.

This full-time day position requires five 8-hour day shifts with on-call responsibilities, located at Lansdale, PA. The nurse will develop individualized care plans, collaborate with patients and families, and participate in safety and quality initiatives while adhering to evidence-based practices and hospital

Qualificações

• Diploma from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BSN or higher preferred within 3 years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with patients and families to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Engage in education and discharge planning with patients and care partners.
• Participate in inter-professional teams to deliver evidence-based nursing care.
• Follow nursing standards and hospital protocols to minimize risk.
