Talentify is seeking a Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to prepare patients for exams, conduct pre-test assessments, and explain each step of the process. You will liaise between patients and Optometrists and support both in-person and remote examinations.

The role requires one year of related experience, with an optical or healthcare background preferred; training is provided. Part-time hours and a pay rate of $18–$27 per hour are offered, with opportunities to travel between locations.

Formación

• One year of related experience in optical/healthcare.
• Optical or healthcare background preferred.
• Medical office/business professionalism required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for onsite and remote exams and collect pre-exam data.
• Assist onsite doctor with eye examinations and document results in EMR.
• Support remote eye exams, including pre-testing and video conferencing.
• Transition patients to retail associates with clear doctor recommendations.
• Assist with insurance preauthorization and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain patient records and ensure clinic supplies and equipment are clean.
