Job summary

Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of the store, guiding customers through eyewear with expertise and a warm, human approach.

The role requires optical experience or ABO certification and state licensing where applicable, and focuses on meeting daily sales goals while delivering superior patient service. Part-time position with competitive benefits and ongoing training to stay current on products and eyewear technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's goals including opening/closing in LEAD roles
