Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with a simple, human, and bold approach.

Responsibilities include delivering daily sales goals, engaging with customers, recommending eyewear solutions, and supporting store operations such as restocking and order fulfillment while maintaining product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current State Optician License.
• Related customer or patient experience is preferred but not required.
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales to achieve store targets and ensure the Customer/Patient Experience journey is best-in-class.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend eyewear products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain optical knowledge through ongoing training to ensure right the first time.
• Execute day-to-day operations to support store financial and customer experience goals, including restocking and order fulfillment.
