Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, providing a simple, human, and bold eyewear journey for every patient. This part-time role demands optical knowledge, customer service excellence, and a passion for helping people see great.

You will drive sales, assist customers with product recommendations, and handle daily store operations including restocking and order fulfillment while maintaining high training standards for eyewear accuracy.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development.
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
