Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of our store, driving the customer experience and sales. You will be trained in optics, products, and vision care, guiding patients through their eyewear journey with a human and bold approach.

This role requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and current state license where applicable. Part-time, with opportunity for leadership in LEAD positions.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals, including opening/closing in LEAD positions.
