Visionworks is seeking a Part-Time Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through the eyewear journey with warmth and expertise. You will drive sales while ensuring patients receive a superior eye care experience.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required, either with Visionworks or another organization.
• ABO Certification may substitute for experience.
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring exceptional Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Support store operations including restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment.
