Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist – Lead/Sales Lead who serves as the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks journey with product knowledge and a friendly, human approach.

You will drive daily sales by delivering outstanding customer experiences, measuring eyewear fit, restocking inventory, and supporting merchandising while staying current with optics products and in-store procedures.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• Customer or patient service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
