Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to serve as the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with eye care expertise. You will train staff, drive sales goals and ensure exceptional service for every patient.

The role requires optical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage daily operations while delivering a bold and human experience. Full-time employment with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Executeday-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
