Job summary

Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our store, guiding customers through the Visionworks journey. This part-time role requires knowledge of optics and exceptional service to ensure eyewear needs are met with a simple, human approach.

You will drive sales and help patients feel confident about their eye care. Ideal candidates bring optical experience (or ABO certification) and a friendly, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer or patient service experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals through excellent customer and patient experience.
• Engage with patients and recommend products/services to meet eye care needs.
• Measure and fit eyewear, maintain product knowledge, and ensure right-first-time results.
• Support store operations including restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment.
