Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store and guide patients through their eyewear journey. You will be trained in optics, products, and managed vision care, delivering a simple, human and bold customer experience.

In this role you’ll drive daily sales, engage customers, and ensure the right eyewear is chosen the first time. A part-time schedule with benefits is offered in accordance with pay class.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer or patient service experience is beneficial.
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends eyewear products meeting needs.
• Measures patients/customers for eyewear fit and maintains product knowledge through training.
• Performs daily store operations including restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment.
