Visionworks is seeking a Part-Time Senior Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store and guide customers through the Visionworks experience with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.

You will help customers select eyewear, meet daily sales goals, and participate in training to stay current on products and services. This role emphasizes a human, bold approach to eye care and customer service.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
