Responsibilities

• Ensure lab technicians have accurate measurements and prescription information.
• Dispense glasses to patients after completion.
• Process payment transactions and refunds using the POS system.
• Process insurance claims efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and patient files.
• Take measurements and prepare work orders for the lab.
• Inspect final products and adjust frames for proper fit.
• Price, stock, and straighten merchandise.
