Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Optical industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: guide patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings tailored to their needs.
• Ensure accurate measurements and prescription information for lab technicians.
• Oversee the production process and dispense glasses to patients with care.
• Process payments and refunds using the Point of Sale system.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care and process insurance claims.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and manage patient files with confidentiality.
• Take measurements, prepare work orders, inspect final products for accuracy, and adjust frames as needed.
• Price, stock, and organize merchandise.
