Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lab Work: Identify and operate basic optical laboratory equipment, tools, supplies, and materials. Ensure to meet hourly deadlines for finishing jobs.
• Prescription management: Read, interpret, and input prescription specifications into the computer to ensure lenses are cut correctly.
• Maintenance: Keep the lab area and equipment safe, clean, and organized; perform scheduled maintenance as per manuals.
• Operational Excellence: Manage multiple tasks across several equipment stations and complete all reporting forms promptly.
