Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the Workforce Services Employee Relations team. The role focuses on capability development, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and enhanced employee relations effectiveness.

The position requires coordinating training, leveraging data insights, and driving improvements across governance, documentation, and program delivery within a part-time telework arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Employee Relations, Organizational Development, or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Governance framework development and alignment of policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Develop resources to promote consistency and best practice adoption.
• Identify opportunities to standardize documentation and simplify processes.
• Support change management across policy, process, and governance updates.
