Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with HRIS (SAP), ATS (BrassRing, Taleo, SuccessFactors) and Power BI.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and construction industry.
• Ability to appear regularly to work in person in the Houston area office as needed; role supports part-time tele-work.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to IR/LR/WFS project and office teams in policy interpretation and WFS system/process management.
• Coordinates data efforts, specifies data capture requirements along the craft life cycle and brokers interfaces to data lakes, including data exchange requirements.
• Creates specialized queries, reports, and metrics from WFS systems for project, countries, regions and/or WFS management.
• Analyzes data and identifies trends.
• Designs, maps, and reviews WFS Processes using Excel or Visio.
• May work in a helpdesk environment to respond to questions on WFS systems.
• Collaborates across functions to share necessary data related to craft employee life cycles, logistics data, and wage types.
