Job summary

Reimagine Resources is seeking a part‑time Business Operations Specialist to own operational analysis, process improvement, resource planning, and performance reporting. You will work closely with the owner and operations team to diagnose inefficiencies and design, implement, and drive measurable improvements in how the business runs.

Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, supporting capacity planning, building KPIs and dashboards, and driving cost reductions through supplier and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Proven experience translating data analysis into implemented operational changes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on experience with operational data.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and other business tools.
• Ability to interpret data and convert findings into recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service and operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and design rollout of process changes.
• Review service volume, completion times, workload patterns, and utilization to support capacity planning; adjust staffing accordingly.
• Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports to drive corrective action on underperforming metrics.
• Analyze parts and equipment usage, lead times, shortages, and purchasing patterns; implement inventory and vendor controls.
• Evaluate supplier performance and lead renegotiation or vendor transitions where needed.
• Perform cost and variance analysis on jobs and execute cost-reduction initiatives.
• Analyze historical data to forecast trends and support planning decisions.
• Develop process maps and standardized workflows; implement and track adoption.
• Evaluate effectiveness of changes post‑go-live and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Prepare analytical reports with an owner for execution planning.
