Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Labor Relations team.
• Maintain labor relations records and workforce databases.
• Support onboarding, workforce administration, orientations, and workforce communications.
• Assist with labor reporting, workforce metrics, headcount tracking, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate labor relations meetings, hearings, trainings and workforce communications.
• Processes workforce transactions and records management activities.
• Support investigations by collecting and maintaining documentation and records.
• Coordinate correspondence with employees, union representatives, project personnel, and external agencies.
• Assist with wage bulletins, compliance reporting, and regulatory filings.
