Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead in Kentucky for a hands-on, part-time role in Operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping up as MOD when needed to keep the park running smoothly.

We value dependable, driven teammates who can coach others, deliver WOW service, and maintain safety standards while managing shifts and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-duty during shifts to ensure operational excellence and guest safety.
• Coach and support team members across departments.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities.
• Drive guest engagement, manage guest issues, and promote park offerings.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and park cleanliness are followed.
