Job summary

CircusTrix is seeking a Team Lead for a part-time onsite role at Sky Zone, rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience and help set the tone for the park during shifts.

You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when senior staff aren’t present, driving guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth operations. This role emphasizes development and reliable execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail sales, food & beverage, or entertainment preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office; quick to learn new platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is busiest.
• Able to move through all park areas and lift 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when on-site leaders aren’t present to ensure safety and guest experience.
• Drive membership and program sales through guest engagement.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain park readiness during shifts.
• Lead cross-area rotation across Sales, Parties, F&B, and Facilities to develop leadership.
