Job summary

Player 15 Group, the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns, and Mortgage Matchup Center, is seeking an Operations Assistant in downtown Phoenix. The role supports the Legends Department with administrative tasks, meetings, and scheduling while working with internal and external partners.

The position is part-time (approximately 25 hours per week). Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years in a media

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in a media operations role (preferred).
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Operations with a master task list and production schedule.
• Perform clerical tasks including reports and document prep.
• Attend regular departmental meetings.
• Manage weekly photography needs of client creatives/assets.
