Grainger is seeking an Onsite Services Representative (OSR) for an onsite Pasco, WA role. The position is part-time, 30 hours per week, with hourly starting pay of $24.50 and responsibilities including stocking products, assisting customers, and coordinating with sales partners.

The OSR will follow routes, ensure inventory readiness, and pursue opportunities to grow accounts while maintaining safety standards. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and sales growth oriented.
• Collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver's license in State of residence and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Stock purchased product at customer locations and maintain inventory levels.
• Learn Grainger's offerings to improve orders through system integration.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow routing software-defined routes and maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements at each facility.
