Job summary

Snowshoe Resort is seeking a Part Time Income Auditor to ensure transaction balancing between systems and to research and resolve variances. The auditor reviews reporting for policy alignment and supports fraud prevention. This role is onsite at Snowshoe Resort.

Responsibilities include daily POS reconciliations, auditing discounts and refunds, and communicating issues to supervisory staff. Requires accounting experience and strong MS Office skills.

• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with detailed record-keeping and procedures.
• Attention to detail to detect errors and potential fraud.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to help out where needed.
• Experience with D365, RTP or Sirus POS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily point of sale payment reconciliations including research and resolution of variances.
• Assist in correction processes through ongoing communication to supervisory staff.
• Audit transactions from all resort points of sale: discounts, refunds and products.
• Confirm POS close locations, statement postings, etc.
