Fooda in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Event Coordinator to support its lunch program onsite. You will be responsible for setup and teardown, guest interaction, and ensuring a high-quality experience with our network of local restaurants.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech comfort with apps and devices used onsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist onsite with event set-up and teardown.
• Provide real-time customer service during events and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot on-site tech, POS, and TV displays when needed.
• Ensure high-quality setup and dining experience for guests.
• Support promotions and app coaching at events.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary.
