Job summary

Fooda in Denver is seeking an Event Coordinator to support onsite events across our client roster. You’ll set up and tear down, troubleshoot issues, occasionally cashier, and drive equipment between sites.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or events experience, are friendly and tech‑savvy, and enjoy fast-paced work. Hours are 10am–2pm, Monday–Friday, supporting a flexible 5–25 hour weekly schedule with potential for advancement and free Fooda meals.

Qualifications

• Onsite customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Strong communicator with attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and able to use Fooda systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down at events; maintain clean site areas.
• Back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when needed.
• Drive equipment and food to Fooda sites.
• Troubleshoot POS, onsite technology, and TV boards.
• Provide real-time customer service and issue resolution.
• Support onsite promotions and app coaching.
• Escalate complex issues to Operations Manager as needed.
