Job summary

Fooda is hiring for part-time event support roles to help operate rotating popup restaurants at office locations. You will be onsite to set up and tear down, manage equipment, and ensure a high-quality customer experience during lunch hours.

Ideal candidates are customer-oriented, energetic, tech-savvy, and capable of navigating a fast-paced startup environment. Prior catering or serving experience is preferred, with flexible weekend hours and local travel.

Qualifications

• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a part-time basis.
• Friendly, high energy, and comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

• Be onsite to set up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, and ensure high quality setup and customer experience.
• Troubleshoot issues with orders, deliveries, and communications.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service and resolve problems directly with the consumer.
• Support promotional activities and app coaching during events.
• Escalate issues to the Operations Manager when needed.
