Job summary

Fooda is seeking part-time onsite event support staff to help run rotating popup restaurants inside offices. You’ll set up and tear down, clean equipment, solve problems, and ensure a high-quality customer experience during lunch hours.

Ideal candidates are friendly, tech‑savvy, organized, and able to work 12–15 hours per week with reliable transportation. Previous catering or serving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Past catering or serving experience preferred.
• Part-time role with 12–15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Onsite setup and tear down for Fooda events.
• Ensure high quality set-up and customer experience.
• Troubleshoot issues with POS systems and onsite technology.
• Conduct on-site Fooda promotions and app coaching.
• Provide real-time on-site customer service to resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed.
