Job summary

Fooda is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to support our on-site food programs in markets across the United States. You’ll help with setup, tear down, and day-to-day event operations, while delivering excellent customer service to clients and diners.

The role is part-time (roughly 20–25 hours per week), with weekday daytime hours (10am–2pm) and opportunities to advance within Fooda. A background in catering or serving is preferred, and you’ll work in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred.
• Part-time schedule (20–25 hours per week) with daytime hours (10am–2pm).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down event spaces and maintain equipment.
• Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when needed.
• Deliver equipment and food to sites as required.
• Troubleshoot issues with orders and deliveries onsite.
• Provide real-time on-site customer service to guests.
