Qualifications

• Master’s in instructional design/ technology OR educational technology OR the equivalent.
• District equivalency procedures allow applications from non-listed qualifications.
• Knowledge of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver online faculty training and workshops.
• Coordinate online faculty certification and mentoring programs.
• Support faculty in online/hybrid course delivery and accessibility considerations.
• Participate in program review and assessment of program learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT and DE committees to improve online learning quality.
