Ability to provide instructional design consultation to faculty, staff, and managers.
Develops and delivers professional development on instructional technology and online learning.
Ensures ADA/508 accessibility compliance in course content and tools.
Maintains and updates web-based learning guides and tutorials.
Operates and supports course management systems and related technologies.

Responsibilities

Provides instructional design consultation, expertise, and training to faculty, staff, and managers.
Collaborates with faculty to ensure instructional integrity of course shell development with clear standards.
Plans and implements faculty development opportunities on instructional technologies.
Designs and updates web-based learning guides, tutorials, and digital resources.
Ensures accessibility compliance and coordinates 508/ADA requirements in learning materials.
