Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field with three+ years' experience
• Doctorate considered with relevant experience
• Two+ years online or hybrid teaching preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; building courses in an LMS using 3rd party tools; developing online multimedia materials; and HTML/CSS
• Experience with Canvas, Respondus, Adobe Creative Suite, ARC, Camtasia, iSpring, Snagit preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with faculty and staff in online, hybrid, and on-site modalities
• Analyze, design, and develop courses, activities, assessments, and processes
• Provide consultations on learning outcomes, accessibility, and instructional design best practices
• Perform quality assurance reviews and support evaluation of learning solutions
• Collaborate with external partners and other departments on projects
• Carry projects from concept to implementation with progress reporting
