Midwestern University is seeking a part-time Testing Center Monitor to assist with administration and monitoring of professional computerized exams for students at the university testing center. Shifts are based on the exam schedule and may vary weekly, with a minimum of 2 hours and up to 19 hours per week.

The role requires strong communication skills, a High School diploma or GED (AA preferred), and prior customer service or testing center experience. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

• 1–3 years of work experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with students and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor electronic and paper exams to ensure compliance with testing rules.
• Assist students with questions about the exam process and testing procedures.
• Stand and move around testing rooms for extended periods to enforce policies.
• Review shift openings via email and monthly calendar and coordinate accordingly.
