Job summary

Midwestern University Testing Center is seeking a part-time staff member to monitor and administer professional exams for students at the Testing Center. The role reports to the Testing Center Manager, with shifts scheduled around exam calendars, minimum two hours per shift and up to nineteen hours per week.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School diploma or GED, have 1–3 years of work experience in testing or customer service, and demonstrate strong communication skills and MS Office

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of work experience required.
• Experience in testing centers, academics, or customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with students.

Responsibilities

• Monitor exams to ensure adherence to testing rules.
• Assist students with exam processes and consult with coordinators or manager.
• Stand and walk for long periods to enforce center policies.
• Review shift openings via email and calendar.
