Axiom Technologies is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (Dispatch/Part-Time) based in Bothell, WA. This independent contractor role involves providing both on-site and remote support for end users while coordinating service requests to ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of field support experience, preferably in a branch environment.
• Experience supporting financial services clients is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise IT tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; local on-site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and infrastructure at branch locations.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues related to applications, connectivity, VPNs, and other IT services.
• Support and maintain in-house and third-party software, including market data applications.
• Escalate and coordinate with Helpdesk, Network Services and global support teams.
• Maintain ticket records and ensure IT policy compliance.
• Assist with home office setup and remote work support.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
• Stay updated on new technologies and internal tools.
